What a remarkable place! So much history! And that cell is tiny! That's incredible to get a chance to see inside a facility like that, and get a sense of what it must have been like for those who once resided there. It really is like stepping back in time... 😎

Chris, the cell I stayed in would have been split and housed 2 prisoners. Yes, small for sure.

I can only imagine if the person was not permitted to the exercise yard and had to stay inside.

Plus, it is hot.

The conditions were very harsh back then, for sure. And that's a good point about the heat. In a small space like that, it must have been like an oven! 😎
