I can tick off a lot of these - but they're not making a huge impact, and the benefits of age far outweigh them. I love this second half of life.

Yes, it is quite generic.

Posts like this are meant to start conversations with yourself, your family and your doctor.

Many times we experience changes in our lives but we are not sure if they are normal or just unique to ourselves.

By identifying some of the issues and changes to our bodies through our 40 to 60s, we can better prepare ourselves for the rest of our lives.

If we realize that we have these issues, and that they are normal, we can address them in the best way we see fit.

Yes, the topic and my conclusion is generic but what you do with the knowledge is entirely up to the individual.

This post is a conversation starter for those that need it.
